When helping home buyers and investors, one of the many tools I use is My Florida Multiple Listing Service (MFMLS). This system provides information not readily available to the public. In using this sophisticated system of information and links, I am able to provide the most accurate and updated information for my clients. While searching for the right property, I can provide them with an automatic notification of properties with their specific search criteria whether they are searching from out of town or locally.
